Community guidelines

Member accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Parents and authorized guardians manage dependent information and pickup. Public worship resources and Bible reading do not require an account.

Respect and privacy

Be respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, sexual content, hate, spam, illegal material, or another person’s private information without permission. Post only content you have permission to share. Do not share directory information outside the church community.

Moderation

Member prayer requests and group messages may be reviewed before publication. Administrators can remove content and suspend accounts. Use Report on an item or Account & help to report concerns. Hide a member to stop seeing that member in group conversations and the directory.

Child pickup

Only a parent or authorized guardian should check a child in. Keep pickup codes private. Staff must verify the collecting adult and the pickup code before recording checkout. The app supports the church’s in-person safeguarding process and does not replace it.

Prayer and support submissions are not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent help, contact local emergency services. For app support, use Account & help or contact the church.
