Request permanent deletion of your Russell Road Church of Christ app account (org.cocrr.church) and associated data without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion
Open the church contact form. Select “General Question” and begin your message with “Russell Road app account deletion.” Provide the email address used for your app account, and state that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted. Do not provide your password. Church staff will verify your identity before completing the request.
Delete in the app
Sign in, open Account & help, and select Permanently delete account. This option is available even while membership approval is pending. Administrator accounts need to transfer administrative responsibility before deletion; use the request route above.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile and photo files, lesson notes, prayer requests, volunteer signups, attendance and child check-ins, group messages, reports, device notification tokens, and household you created, including its dependent profiles. Other adults’ independent accounts remain. Backups may retain data until normal provider backup rotation. Donation records held separately by the church or payment provider are not deleted by app account deletion.
In-app deletion is processed immediately when successful. For a support request, staff will confirm the request and completion after verifying your identity. See the app privacy policy.
